The transition from a single-owner golf business to a mother-daughter partnership marks an exciting new chapter for HR Golf Collective. Heidi, a PGA Class A6 Golf Instructor and UCLA graduate, has been playing golf since childhood and has over 33 years of experience in the industry. She grew up playing junior golf in San Diego, was the only girl on her high school golf team, and continued her competitive career on the UCLA Women’s golf team. Heidi earned her PGA Class A Membership in 1995 and has spent the past 30 years as a dedicated instructor, residing in Encinitas.

Casey, a PGA Associate, is working towards her PGA Membership and has been playing golf since she could walk. With a Fine Arts background and a strong design portfolio, Casey brings a fresh perspective to the business. Her eye for design and creativity, paired with her lifelong experience in golf, has been pivotal in blending tradition with innovation at HR Golf Collective.

Together, Heidi and Casey have merged their specialties to grow an already successful business into something even more dynamic. This new phase focuses on building strong partnerships, hosting engaging events, and creating educational opportunities for other golf professionals.

Our aim is to enhance the spirit of community and collaboration while continuing to offer high-quality instruction programs. We remain committed to fostering an inclusive, forward-thinking environment for golfers and pros alike.
